Holly Witchalls's Problem Solving Experience:

1. All of my skills have been put into practice through government funded programmes. I activley look outside the box with waste reuse, by identifiying other companies that can use these resources as raw materials. This includes turning manufatucing waste into conctruction material, turbine blades into art, wood and plastics into fuel.
   I was employed as a waste auditor and worked with over 50 companies in Wales over an 18 month period, idetifiying issues with legal compliance and offering recycling and waste minimisation solutions for their waste streams.
   I am a qualified environmental management systems auditor for the Green Dragon standard.
