  2. Served as Assistant Director of the Missouri Arts Council for four years. As part of my duties I facilitated the creation of state arts programs and consulted a variety of arts organizations throughout the state--all sizes and disciplines. Solved all kinds of issues from program design to facilitation and delivery issues to human resource conflicts.
