- As a senior science advisor at 3&4 star military commands, I was responsible for introducing new capabilities, principally technology oriented (but not exclusively so...some process improvement as well.). This involved deep understanding of military missions and requirements, solid background and practical experience in Research Development and Engineering disciplines, as well as a keen understand of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and associated Contracting processes. All of which are distinct complex environments.
