John Shannon's Problem Solving Experience:

1. Created the worlds 1st EIS system in 1986, using GDDM code taking real time statistic from SLA Reporter and PECOMON robots and creating color system performance charts on the world 1st PC's (all based on IBM technology - which was light years ahead to the game back then). Got an immediate promotion. Only took 30 minutes :-)
2. I have developed an automated method of recapturing any expense from any merchant, for instant retreival - US Patent Pending 2003.
   Under the same patent co-developed a method for doing away with banks having to save checks for the regulatory 7 year period, called IIP - Item Image Processing - where front and backs of cheques are scanned - images kept and cheques destroyed. Also coupled with this are bank statements and any other printed material, which can all be scanned and saved against an individuals bank records, with the ability to retrieve later at a cost. Billions of dollars have been generated over the last 7 years from these innovations.
3. I have developed right drug first time methodology, called "System and Method for Administering Drugs". It was a wellness predictor methodology - that had been tested numerous times - with 100% efficacy results - US Patent Pending 2004.
4. I was 2nd in the world to implement telemedicine trial in 1993, linking surgeons from Waikato Hospital with patients at taumarunui base hospital some 300km away over extremely mountainous terrain. This was across 2B+D 128Kbps ISDN (technology at the time) compressing 2Mbps video signals using proprietory PictureTel codec technology.
5. Developed and implemented a remote access architecture for EDS that stood the test of time. Was developed in 1998 and stayed in place for 10 years - becoming the one stop corporate dual factor authentication, enabling standardised lean mean operating model, simplying and otherwise complex operating environment. At the time had enterprise scope and ear to the board of directors - providing needed funding. During same project - started a riot (at a technical conference in NZ) with CEO of Citrix - forcing Bill Gates to drop per seat licencing in favor of lower TCO concurrent licensing model of terminal server licenses (this was when Citrix sold out to Microsoft terminal services).
6. I have developed 100 automative innovations, for GM (largely unpatentable), but gained significant interest in 2005. One of the innovations was shown in the sci-fi film the 6th day.
7. Youngest ever EDS Fellow Elect based on innovation collaboration with 15 or the elected EDS Fellows, as well as relationship networks with many involved with EDS innovates at the time.
8. Am leading contributor (top Brilliant Mind) on telecommunications think tank. One idea from this site was taken to market and created $150 million AUD in revenue last year. (http://b-gum.com)

Contributed 3000 posts to new global support site for Klinefelters Syndrome (http://www.xxytalk.com) - in the space of 9 months, in an effort to help the lives of those that live day to day with this condition. I am a high performing Klinefelter. Got to meet the world pioneers in genetic research including Dr. Patricia Jacobs in the inventor of extra 'X' genetic conditions. She is in the same league as Dr Crick the discover of DNA, and my uncle Dr. Pat Shannon - father of Dairy Industry and inventor of Artifical Insemination.
