I have devised several innovative business models in healthcare, ICT consumer services, for-profit charity, online community etc; the basic idea behind all this different models is that the internet provides huge possibilities for achieving ever more efficient synergies in the generation of network value i.e. the generation of wealth and benefits within a particular network of actors (such as healthcare).
