In 2007, I broke from arts writing and started my own blog on holistic body awareness, movement and meditation practices.
In 2008 I started my own blogger's alley/e-zine drawing talent from the fields that collectively answer the question; What does a "body in space' need to know to evolve and adapt to living on planet earth: brain fitness, holistic and green health, coaching, meditative and visual arts.
