Mehwish Ahmed

I have done Masters in Genetics.After completion of masters I have worked in Aga khan University, department of BBS as a Research Associate on HEC funded project.I have learned various techniques there such as RIA,Cell Culture Techniques,Radioimmunoassay,ELISA, Tissue Histology, PCR,DNA Extraction,RNA Extraction,Agarose Gel Electrophoresis,SDS PAGE,Plasmid Isolation,Bacterial Transformation,Spectrophotometry.
Currently I m working in University of Karachi in department of proteomics as a research associate on HEC funded project.
