Michael Leach

I started designing and builidng microwave filters for an aerospace company. I then moved into the medical device arena where I was responsible for setting up a new manufacturing facility. Soon after the facility was set up I was called upon to help design and set up manufacturing for a new medical device that would separate cells and proteins from whole blood. We have evolved into more complex devices that separate and concentrate stem cells from bone marrow and adipose tissue.
