1986-1991 – Doctorate “Energy conversion” in Physicotechnical Institute of Solar Physics Incorporation, Tashkent.
1978-1995- In project "Stirling engine development" -Mechanical engineer and researcher piston seals tribotechnical and design problems, Tashkent.
1999-2009 - In electrochemistry area- Mechanical engineer. Solver of mechanical , technological and failure analysis problems in capacitor and fuel cell development.
