  1. Developed tool to map the links between elements of information - creating an interactive information network. Concieved the idea, led the development team, now testing the tool prior to release. Tool called know-how.
  2. Created the customer-eyes (TM) Service Flow modelling theory and toolset to assist organisations to identify process, communications, and performance issues. This tool has been utilised in the Canadian, Australian, and New Zealand governments and major interntional businesses.

  3. Created and developed toolset to interactively link organisational strategy development with strategy execution. Utilised in government and business organisations internationally, including world's largest dairy products marketer.
  4. Concieved new highly interactive human interface for information search. Currently leading a team to develop and test the software.
  5. Conceived, developed, tested, and implemented methodology for the evaluation of adverse event impact and the targeting for aid to minimise the recovery horizon. The methodology has been deployed by the New Zealand Government in serious adverse events since 1990.
  6. Developed the marketing strategy and campaign for the introduction of video recorders into the New Zealand marketplace.
  7. Created and deployed the first totally electronic graphic television commercial in New Zealand and Australia.
