I have an Associates degree in Culinary Arts from the New England Culinary Institute as well as Certificates of completion for advanced course in various pastry arts. I also have 5 plus years in sales and owning my own catering and chocolate companies. And 15 years of Electrical Design and Drafting. My direct family tree has 2 PhD's. My uncle in Physics, and my cousin in Microbiology. My father was a highly regarded Electrical Engineers and there are many artists in the family. So there is a wide variety of blood in my veins.
