The invention refer to magnetic recording of digital information.
Target of invention is to decrease phase errors of replaying digital information.
The phase errors of digital information derive from velocity instability when magnetic carrier moves along magnetic heads.
In below invention signals from replaying magnetic heads pass through digital delay line (register).
From replaying information also is ejected it clock-signal.
This clock-signal (with it instability) is compared with quartz oscillator signal.
Control system regulates magnetic carrier velocity, so average phase of replaying information is equal to phase of quartz.
For eliminating an instant deviation of phase (jitter), control system also gives bits from parallel outputs of the shift register synchronously to the quartz.
Satellites equipped with the digital magnetic recorders with this invention worked with synchronous receivers on the Earth.
