Olga Palacios's Problem Solving Experience:

1. Together with my business partner and husband, Hugo Palacios, invented a quadrilateral shaped 15° sloped utility desk organizer, constructed from high impact durable lightweight injection molded plastic, with a thickness of 1/8th of an inch, 15° slope on the top, a front slope height of 8.5 inches, a back slope height of 10 inches, a width of 8.5 inches, that stands on four rubber/felt grommets on each corner at the bottom of it, that combines and integrates basic desk accessories (compartments for objects that require standing up, sharp objects, and a tape dispenser), ( drawers for paper clips, push pins, tacks, mailing stamp, for holding up envelopes or big bulky office supplies), (slidable trays for business cards with a separate compartment for personal business cards, and the other for sticky notepads), into one compact receptacle, with everything needed readily available in one place, thereby, providing more efficiency and productivity in the work place.
