Replacement of Imported Oil Pumps- due to premature wear of pump housing.Re-bored the housings and used/converted worn out fiber vanes from Air Compressors to replace the metallic vanes and improve the service life/ Productivity problems in Tipping Trailers Re-engineering with modular designs and assembly fixtures simulating final assembly and increased productivity by 4 times/ Engines falling problems in-line assembly of motorcycles - made a simple innovative mounting fixture to accommodate both petrol & diesel engines and completely avoided damages to engines.. Quickly learn the process of tablets manufactured and designed and product ionized Rotary Tablet presses within a shorter period of time. The first machine of 1.5Tonne is running without any problems for the last 10 years to manufacture the toughest products.
