As I said, I have not much experience solving problems, however, if I have to tackle a problem now, I will try to get as much information as possible, asking to my best friend 'W' (what?,when? where? why? who? and how?).
Secondly, I will do a depth research getting to the root of the problem(s), and identifying the reasons why that problem is happing..
Once the problem(s) has been identified, I will organized my ideas using the Mind Mapping tool. To be able to understand, how does it works, what is right, and what is wrong, which variables drive to the problems, which external factor might affect on the process.
After that I analyse Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT)
Identifying the different risk from different points.
Understanding where the power lies in the process, and identifying the factors that really matter for success.
