  1. Every day we come across many challenges a winner always makes those as oppurtunities. On my previous job we had issues of catering larger amount of people especially breakfast. The main reason being the size of the restaurant and the buffet area. Quickly I have noted that there were enough empty spaces around the bar area and I suggested to bring more tables and chairs from Events department to give extra space also implemented different buffet style during the busy weekends to cater volume guests at one time.
