Before I ever came to a position as consultant, I have myself undergone a series of drawbacks in businesses and its psychological set up. I learnt one thing after all that and always bounced back successfully from low to higher positions and always emerged.

But if you have been trapped in an unexpected situation, here also this is not the end of the world, everything can be rebuilt back even from scratch and can regain the same level of confidence again. This is the cycle of risk. it is important that you always have a honest independent outlooker over your situation because you will be too biased (this is a true fact for most of decision makers) to see the whole picture of the things. All good and timely decisions will help to emerge in time and without big damages and good strategies will make compensations good and over.

5. Revert to the cleint through a more direct form of communication (e.g. Skype) and sense his feelings about these options. Sometimes the work may stop here as the omen of the whole remains with the person and mot mine. The point is to try to be honest with him when there are disadvantages pointing towards as people who are decision makers sometimes deliberately (out of speculative fears) always try to overlook real strength of disadvantages that can prove disastrous in decisions makeing.
