Stephen Lafferty's Problem Solving Experience:
As architect and Owner's Representative, I have participated in and led numerous teams, in almost every Project Delivery format and project size and complexity. One significant Project that I have been involved in was as the Owner's Rep/Project Manager for a building designed and constructed for SRI International in which we incorporated many of the innovation strategies of SRI not only into the desogn and construction process, but incorporated spaces specifically to enhance the innovation process.
