I was approached by a client wanted to make his AutoCAD workflow easier for the design team. I worked with the client for 2 months, understanding the workflow and approach. I then produced a plugin to AutoCAD which enabled the workflow to be automated as much as possible. This lead to a much more consistent approach and deilvery by the whole team, and make the business appear much more professional.
I was approached by a client to help with a derivative of his CRM platform idea. As well as internal users, he wanted to make it available to external 3rd party companies. I worked with him for 8 months, creating a new CRM package which also provided VRM (Vendor Relationship Management). The tool was successfully launched and is still selling well to this day.
