The problems:
When the wet or rainy season is coming. the worker of the office will get the difficulty to wear the shoes and sock. The difficulty is if they use shoes and sock (as usually) so their shoes and sock will be wet (got by rainy water) this case will disturb them, but if they use the boot shoes (like a building constructor shoes) they will get difficult too, because they should change their boot to common shoes
so i arrange to build the "condom shoes". this is the sock made from latex (condom material) so water resist, the size is long (to knee/and knee as the lock) and in the bottom or on the sole there is a hard material made from rubber (like a shoes sole) to avoid the sliding. the using like using the shock.
so when rainy/wet, they use the common shoes and sock and also the "condom shoes", so when they arrive on the office they out off the "condom shoes" and put it on the small pocket after dry it.
