Tony Zanzottera's Problem Solving Experience:

  1. I worked with a number of personal coaching clients who were 'stuck' in moving their lives and careers forward. I identified the patterns in their visions and aims, helped them redefine them and helped them direct their energies into what they really wanted resulting in successful life and career changes.
  2. I was employed by a ground services company to spend a week at their Los Angeles operation which was one of their lowest performing sites. I viewed the whole operation and interviewed employees from the head of North America, through all levels of management and supervision, to warehousemen, as well as their key clients (airlines). I identified problems in their vision, aims, communication and understanding of clients and my recommendations led to them becoming the top performing North American site.
  3. My partner wanted to begin an arts degree but was unable to fund it. I suggested and helped her identify interest groups that would benefit from funding her, resulting in successful funding of her degree.
  4. In a project for an office letting company I identified that their key issue (and performance failing) was their local interaction with tenants. They changed their structure and processes to address this resulting in local communication becoming their key strength
  5. Whilst working for a finance company, I was given charge of their UK banking operation (a small operation generating tens of millions of pounds in income). Performance was 1% growth a year, target was 5%. By identifying quick wins, and the easiest paths to growth, as well as remotivating a team to perform to their strengths, I achieved 40% growth in 2 years
  6. I worked for a large logistics company through a transition and merger, helping them identify their key customers' requirements so that they could manage the transition process whilst keeping their customers satisfied.
