Tracey Dawson's Problem Solving Experience:

  1. A very famous brand reached crisis point when its' product reached massive returns levels on safety issues. I was able to collaborate with engineers to assess the problem, identify the manufacturing issues and re-design the product satisfactorily whilst liaising with the Korean factory. I am still involved in the ongoing product design.
  2. I personally implemented the Investors In People standard nine years ago and was able to identify gaps in the personnel system, fill the gaps and develop an ongoing human resources strategy from ensuring contracts of employment comply with legislation to grievance procedures. The results are measured by the very low staff turnover and "happy" working atmosphere.
  3. A customer approached me seeking assistance in the design of an innovative new product that reduces domes power usage. I was able to collaborate with engineers and able to rapidly deliver a working prototype of the "savasocket" within a six month period. The product is now being manufactured in China ready for distribution in the UK domestic retail market.
