1. Cost reduction in manufacturing of one chemical.
   This manufacturing involves four sages of chemical processing.
   My role is the production incharge.
   I formed a team to collct data on various items like power cycle time on each equipment, utilities used for production, raw materil consuption.
   Based on the data I have initiated few programmes with the help of my sub ordinates and one chemical usage was eliminated form the process itself. It saved about 25% of the raw material cost. then by optimising the parameter the cycle time was reduced. By doing this we coud able to produce morematerial in a shorted period. we started recyling solvents used in the process. put to gether I could reduce the cost of production from 650USD to 135 USD.
