- I developed an entire set of markers to screen an entire population of NILs.
- I set up a series of controls to verify some experiments that were giving too many interesting results if some factors were overlooked.
- I have developed an RNA extraction protocol for plant tissues rich in pectins by the addition of calcium to precipitate them. This idea was used by somebody else to purify proteins.
