Victor Lyons's Problem Solving Experience:

1. Because of the lack of viable adult literacy programs in India, I worked with one of India's most important development NGOs to invent and develop and deploy a highly successful literacy program. We made 53,000 women literate in 2 years. It is probably the most effective literacy program ever run in India.
2. I co-founded a centre for delivering free rapid psychotherapy to crime victims suffering from PTSD in London. It was very successful and ran for many years. I was invited to co-found a similar centre in Miami, which was hugely successful, trained hundreds of therapists and de-traumatised thousands of clients, and is still going strong.
3. We had numerous requests to build a software program to teach Hindi speakers English. I invented and developed and deployed the program, and we are now selling it for different languages around the world.
4. An eCommerce program that I invented - MerchandiZer - was awarded PC Magazine's Editor's Choice award in 1998 for the best eCommerce program on the market, thus beating IBM, Yahoo and Intel's competitive offerings.
