1. I have developed an Analytical platform capable of the total carbohydrate analysis (Tocana) of foodstuffs: to develop an analytical platform to support the identification of prebiotic and toxic compounds in carbohydrate mixtures.
   I have developed advanced analytical platform to determine low levels of therapeutic proteins in biological samples, eg plasma, serum faeces, etc
   
   I have developed a Quality Mapping platform: the development of a tool enabling insight in the relationship of the quality of raw materials and final food products
