An extensive reading on the research papers that have been published on the subject and its related matters. Recently I designed a snow gun for a private individual.

Aamna Mahmood's Problem Solving Experience:
- I am currently working on anti cancer drugs. I am extracting and purifying various plant and fungal extracts, using their alkaloids and testing them for anti cancer activity, invirtro.
I have been designing various experiments to successful chose a plant to chose the extract from .I have currently been assigned to design an experiment which allows us to test negative selection in the Human Immune system.
I am also the group head for my enzymology lab class. Where I contact various experiments, ranging from testing of enzyme and substrate presence and also extracting enzymes and purifying them and using them for different experiments. I grow the plants myself, using tissue culture techniques in MS medium. That allows for greater control over the pathways that I want to stimulate in a plant.
