Aaron Ljevakovich's Problem Solving Experience:

1. For the past 5 years, I have been working as a headwaiter and organizational manager.I was in charge of the service, customer care, procurement of goods, employee relationships, and many more. In the autumn of 2019, I am starting to work at Yamaha Music School, where I am in charge of children's music courses.
   As You can see, all the jobs that I've done for the past few years were directly connected to people. I've found myself in numerous delicate and conflict situations where personal approach always led me to the solution of the problem.
   I am very creative. If I can not find an answer to some of the questions, rest assured that I will do my best to do it, even if it means to apply completely different approach and start over again, from the scratch. One of my greatest virtues are: Strategic planning, public relations, delegation, team management, decision making and, above all, communication skills.
   My latest project was composing for one of the most famous Croatian theatres.
