  1. We have developed a dry transfer method to transfer graphene flakes on hBN subtrates.
  2. Detecting electron spin helicity at the edges of a helical liquid is a difficult task indeed and we are done with during my PhD project.
  3. Electrons heating and nonlinerity with miniaturization in semiconductor devices is a big challenge to semiconductor industry. We have researched on nonlinearity in 2D topological insulators; a material proposed for future quantum computers.
