Alexander Ruiz's Problem Solving Experience:

  1. I developed a comission structure for my company, that was implemented, that allowed every employee to earn incentives without relying on coworkers' performance while still generating a profit margin of up to 250% on various product categories, netting maximum income for both employer and employees every month and quarter.
  2. I theorized a design for a non-lethal crowd control apparatus that mimicked the staggering effects of a flash-bang explosive without the drawbacks of injury from close-quarters explosion on the human body. The apparatus was compact, reusable and was not susceptible to normal wear and tear, designed to withstand extreme conditions. Partnered with specifically designed Eyewear that allowed enforcers to transcend the effects of the apparatus.
  3. I developed the rebranding, marketing and new price point for a product my company had neglected to sell for several months. After applying the new criteria, the product inventory had sold almost 80% of the previous on hand quantity while still generating 140% profit margins on each unit as well as contributing to the sale of an additional product with each unit that netted a 120% profit margin above cost, doubling the amount of product units sold while clearing out aged inventory at a gain.
  4. I developed and implemented chair molding with touch capacitive dimmer switches for automation of home lighting and fan fixtures to make it easier to operate in the dark and on every wall in the room.
