- Designing and creating a Non Conformance reporting system using a tablet, that the shop floor can record issues from mobile devices with drop down selections, photos and some text that automatically assigned the investigation to an engineer, and notified them.
- Put in a global CAD and PLM system for a new startup aerospace company that included change control across three sites in US, UK and Sri Lanka.
- Created several projects to change a PLM systems control of documents CAD data from the old (PDF is the master) to thinking of the CAD data as master, controlling the data, locking them, and putting in workflows and user interface changes to simplify and create an easier time saving and controlled environment.
