When working in the call center environment as a call center agent in which a frustrated customer who later turned into an irate customer called the help line because he was not happy about the service. i listened to him very attentively and assured him that i will help solved his problem. i listened to him and probed further and at the end he was smiling and was happy because he wanted to try somewhere else but now he said he will still remains in the company.
