I currently spend a lot of time working in the virtual world; as an online mediator, collaboration consultant, virtual facilitator, and social media advocate.

My background also includes years in construction project management & (high tech) systems integration roles.

I approach problem-solving with a collaborative mindset. I blog regularly about collaboration (at www.collaborativejourneys.com), and have authored 2 e-books (on Amazon); about collaborative best practices, and the art of making connections to resolve differences.

I'm a huge fan of diversity, and the potential of our associative minds to solve complex problems.
