- I don't see my problem-solving in major events. Within my first few years at my software company, I was running circles around the other support reps, so I basically made new jobs/descriptions along the way. Eventually, I started the Quality Assurance department to be the one to solve the problems before they get released to the public. So, I solve problems every day.
