Casey Bettridge

Interdisciplinary collaboration has been a driving force throughout my education and career. I studied at the University of Waterloo, and graduated with a Bachelor of Knowledge Integration, with a minor in Computer Science. Knowledge Integration is about creating 'T-shaped' problem solvers. This means people who have both breadth and depth of knowledge. Today's problems are complex, wicked, and often demand interdisciplinary teams. This is why I'm so excited to discover this website!

My formal work experience is within design research, front-end development, user research, experience design, and interface design. I love working with digital products, but also enjoy reading academic papers. Currently, my main role (and one of the many reasons I love my job) is as a user researcher, working on an ambiguous and ambition problem.
