The introduction of the amnesty , NNDC. And MNDA commisions in Post conflict Niger delta , Nigeria was meant to restore peace to the volatile region thru infrastructure development.. However, there has not been any empirical research carried out to ascertain the level and extent of measurable development in the region so far.. Hence, I carried out an empirical research, using the descriptive method which helped in quantifying the level of capacity 'development' that has taken place in the Niger delta so far, with the establishment of the organzations stated above
