Christopher Simpson's Problem Solving Experience:

  1. I built a program to assist remote indigenous people to be able to stay at home whilst under palliative care. Many of these clients lived completely cut off from civilization during the wet season each year. Essentially the problem was how to communicate with and set up the basis for funding and training opportunities around the required services for the available people.
  2. I am currently developing a program for people chronically unemployed who wish to enter or re-enter the workforce, but are finding insurmountable barriers. the program is about tuning opportunity and applicant, encouraging and supporting mobility.
  3. I innovated a method of application of Venetian hot glass studio equipment without requirement of a furnace to achieve:

training students to an advanced stage of glass blowing, for a tiny fraction of the cost of running a studio with a furnace

a method of training in technical glass and creative application of hot and cold techniques with less than 5% of the Carbon footprint

a method of achieving the above using 100% recycled glass, with 90% of studio inputs being recycled

a unique range of products were developed using my techniques at Amoonguna Community near Alice Springs

I am currently developing a program for people chronically unemployed who wish to enter or re-enter the workforce, but are finding insurmountable barriers. the program is about tuning opportunity and applicant, encouraging and supporting mobility.
