Damon Johnston

Damon has over 35 years of experience as a project engineer, program manager and senior level management bringing projects to commercialization. Damon has been awarded nine U.S. patents, owned several companies and worked for major corporations and high profile Chicago based design firms. In all of these positions he has managed the efforts of complete product development and implementation into manufacturing. He also has extensive experience managing and sourcing offshore manufacturing of products. A small sample of Damon’s management portfolio includes: Proctor and Gamble Swiffer program, a tethered rechargeable ratchet wrench for the Endeavor shuttle, Heinz Ketchup squeeze bottle,and the Coleman generator for camping use. Damon is a professional member of the Society of Plastics Engineers and has extensive experience in plastic product development and implementation into manufacturing. Mr. Johnston served his country as a U.S. Marine Sergeant instructor at Officer Candidate School, Quantico VA.
