blocking and simplifying, my greatest skill is the ability to simplify a problem down to its root problem. Eliminate everything else either by bypassing/elimination/logic. It's a very organic process and requires a single mindedness but at the same time requiring myself not to get blinded by getting to narrow focused. A balancing act requiring a tremendous amount of focus.

David Aubin's Problem Solving Experience:
- I developed a workaround for plating rectifiers that were too big for our application, basically splitting and reconfiguring our existing equipment for some huge cost savings.
- Simplified control system for an automated over head bridge crane system, there are 16 bridge cranes operating concurrently. Made the control schematics standardized across all the platforms in the plant for simplified troubleshooting and reliable operation in a very corrosive and dirty environment
