Gaurav Moradiya's Problem Solving Experience:

  1. In my bachelor thesis,
I developed a working model that generates electricity with the help of a speed breaker. Installed this whole pneumatic system below the speed breaker and connect with the pneumatic pump with help of that we can compress the air and store in to compressed. This compressed-air strike on the airtight generator so we can utilize its energy and generate electricity.
Preferred locations(India): Talltax, Shopping mall, Supermarket, Public gathering place
  2. In my, master thesis,
I worked on Generative design and additive manufacturing. I chose the Tilton car pedal box for my working model as a reference. Then I applied different boundary conditions (required maximum and worst-case scenario) on it to analyze the model. After analyzing the simulation I redesign and modify the Tilton car pedal box and applied the same load condition on it to get the result and I achieved a new model with 23% of mass reduction which has the same simulation results. A new generative design model is manufacture by additive manufacturing technology.
Working software: Autodesk Fusion360, SolidEdge, Ansys, Solidworks
