George Diab's Problem Solving Experience:
- - Problem: how can we apply proteomics to the equation of early stage diagnostics/health monitoring/post-chemo treatment
- I helped develop an omnibus utility patent for the use of a bodily fluid that can be analyzed and monitored longitudinally with novel instrumentation using only one-drop
- I then developed multiple business strategies to monetize the use of this patent through two routes of revenue - DTC and POC diagnostics
- While developing these business strategies, I worked closely with employees, medical professionals, Board Members and investors to better reach next stages of funding.
- During this tenure as a consultant I increased valuation of company from 3MM USD to 15MM USD
