Giuseppe Currò

I got a Phd in Physics in 1990. I spent about 1 year as fellow researcher at the IRC in Surface Science of the University of Liverpool (UK). I was fellow researcher at the Institut fuer Physikalische und Theoretische Chemie of the University of Bonn (for about 1 year). I developed all my experience in industrially oriented R&D (microelectronics technology, material science, physico-chemical diagnostics, materials and devices quality & Reliability, Hi-rel technologies) workin as a researcher at STMicroelectronics since 1994. Today the Power Device Reliability and Rad-Hardening Group Manager.
