I like to work with theory and concept, my personality type is known as an ENFP type which I can think in abstract terms for a solution that others may not see. I see how things can be through interconnecting what is known to what is not know. Engineering and conceptual thinking is common place in my family.
Techniques James Steurer Uses:
I look to reverse engineer what has been working and has not been working and why, I like to look at what possibly couldn't work as a solution, so to me it doesn't matter if it doesn't sound or look right I still want to try, thought and thinking is one thing but it must be tried in the physical world to see if it hold to the proper solution. I'm also a natural creative thinker and I think to think outside the box of normalcy.

James Steurer's Problem Solving Experience:
- I have helped the retail management team at Target how to increase customer score counts and improve the customer service experience. I have good interpersonal skills and work great as a team member in a group setting. I can also work alone as well.
- I solved a computer related hardware problem where the hard drive would not copy over the files correctly to the new hard drive. I worked on it for two weeks and I was able to fix it.
- I helped people solve their computer hardware and software problems for when their computer equipment broke.
