I use data collection and statistics to completely understand a problem before implementing change. Once a problem is resolved, I am a firm believer of preventative maintenance to minimize future occurrences. I spent a lot of time defining the problem and asking multiple levels of why.

- Designed and produced circuitry for a product in the automotive after market
- Developed and created a product for the consumer market
- VP Operations for manufacturing facility and responsible for quality, throughput, team building and controlling cost.

- Developed unique courses to teach supervisors "hands on" people skills
- I developed a provisional patent for a tool that is used to hang picture frames that insures the hook on the back of the frame catches the hanger on the wall every time.
