Jim Qiu

ZhiQiang (Jim) QIU is the Vice President at Beijing KellyMed Co., Ltd and the Vice President at Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, where he has worked since January 2010. Beijing KellyMed Co., Ltd is a high technology corporation engaged in R&D, manufacturing and marketing of medical instrument, supported by Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 1994, KellyMed developed the first Infusion Pump in China and now its products include infusion pumps, veterinary infusion pumps, feeding pumps and syringe pumps, etc. Mr. Qiu is knowledgeable about the import and export market of infusion pumps in Asia, South American and Europe, etc. Prior, from January 2004 to January 2010, Mr. Qiu was the Vice President at Sinochem International, focusing on the business plan & sales strategy development for global healthcare products. From January 1998 to January 2004, Mr. Qiu was the Vice President at China Dalian International Cooperation (Group) Holdings Co., Ltd, which invested and established the first national engineering research center for virus biotechnology (Beijing Kaiyin Biotechnology Co., Ltd), manufacturing and distributing mainly modern medicine biotechnology products (launched products for the a-2 b recombinant human interferon). Mr. Qiu is also knowledgeable about the patient monitoring market, MRI market and in vitro diagnosis device market in China. He can talk about Mindray, too.
