- I revised the school's policy on Guided Reading to ensure the most efficient use of teaching assistant support, differentiation for the children and progress made in class.
- When working as manager for a sales team I produced a successful catalogue folder for my team to distribute to local businesses as opposed to simply making "at-home" sales. This widened the customer base and increased sales as we were suddenly considering alternative methods of advertisement and pools of potential customers.
