- *Analysed and eliminated root cause of a circuit board fire on an automotive aftermarket product.
*Managed and solved complex warranty problem over a two year period. Used resources from multiple disciplines, vendors and the customer to determine root cause and invent appropriate remedies. Used structured problem solving and statistical tools to determine root cause. Communicated results to management and customer.
*Developed a Smart Power Distribution Fuse Box from quotation to production. Directed a team from an engineering partner to enable us to jointly develop a new type of product.
