- I have developed an application (coded in R) an application to process Landsat images 8, treat the clouds/shadow infections and extract water surfaces information.
- I have developed a method to distinguish cocoa agroforestry plantation and Cocoa monoculture from the other land use in Esmeraldas (Ecuador) by using a supervised classification (machine learning) object-oriented based on Landsat images and spatial contextual information (MASTER THESIS).
- I'm confident with GIS modern tools: in computing (R preferably but I've also use Python, SAS etc.), remote sensing (ENVI, eCognition, ...), spatial statistics etc.
