Joseph Fuuna Hawumba's Problem Solving Experience:
- I have been part of the consulting team that developed a method to identify frying oil colouring componds and method to determine them. This was done under IdeaConnection Challenge
- I have been part of the team that developed a novel and simple method that supress bad odours on dairy farm wastes such urine
- I have been part of the consulting team that analysed and determined decay constant of organic municipal waste in nine major towns in Uganda
- Was part of the team that developed a system to treat wastewater from city abarttoir.
- My laoratory has been engaged from time to time in analyzing microbial contamination of: Food samples, bottled water, water used in Hotels, stand piped water, protected wells and springs water.
- Member of the consulting team that developed a white paper detailing industry standard Quality Assurance and Quality Control measures for both solid and liquid growth media. This was done under IdeaConnection
- Worked on an Innocentive.com challenge on: "New Generation Coccicidiosis prophylaxis" where my solution was considered for a partial award.
