- - I created a novel animal model of Parkinson’s disease by developing a transgenic animal expressing monoamine oxidase-B (MAO-B) which is patented now.
- I have Evaluated biomarkers for Neurodegeneration Model of Parkinson's disease by by RTPCR
- I established the role of the MAO-B in Parkinson’s disease by creating an inducible in vitro model of PD, which is currently being used in pharmaceutical industry for drug screening for MAO-B inhibitors.
